Dream analysis is a deeply rich and subjective form.
It is both an art and a science. Namely, the social science of psychology and art of interpreting symbolism and its significance to people individually and culturally.
Among other tools, we primarily rely on a Jungian framework that uses three concepts to guide our analysis process

Crystal
is a licensed marriage and family therapist and multimedia artist originally from Atlanta, GA and currently based in Los Angeles, CA.
Her art currently focuses on self-portraits emphasizing the role of land in womanhood - and womanhood as land.
The formation of Dream Team was inspired by a dream analysis group Crystal led while she was in grad school. In addition to Dream Team, she is the wine curator for Happy Hour Class, a free movement and writing community class hosted quarterly.

Gloria
is a sexologist, astrologer, Tantrika, and Dominatrix whose work focuses on the intersections between sex, somatics, spirituality, power, and feminism. She began analyzing her dreams in 2003 when she was in sixth grade.
The reoccurring themes woven throughout Gloria’s teachings, writing, art, and activism include energy, intention, movement, sensation, expression, synthesis, pleasure, catharsis, grief, alchemy, autonomy, non-dualism, cycles, death, transformation, and rebirth.
Gloria’s project Lucid Respells offers deeply intimate sessions, classes, and events that blend archetypal narrative work with somatic experiencing.
